  • Professional designations such as Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in insurance, pensions, investment, or risk management.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
