Test Engineer Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and cases
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements
- Identify, document, and track software or hardware defects
- Perform regression, functional, and performance testing
- Create and maintain automated test scripts
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
- Participate in code reviews and provide input from a testing perspective

- Monitor and report on test activities and project progress
Test Engineer Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
- Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
