4-H Youth Development Specialist Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for youth that align with 4-H goals and objectives
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers and extension staff in the delivery of 4-H programs
- Establish partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance program reach and impact
- Conduct needs assessments to identify community priorities and inform program planning
